RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At KORVEN Performance, all sales are final. Due to the nature of automotive performance parts, special order items, fitment-sensitive components, and products intended for off-road or motorsports use, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All products sold by KORVEN Performance are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect fitment selected by the customer
• Buyer’s remorse
• Change of mind
• Duplicate orders
• Delayed shipping outside of our control
• Special order items
• Pre-order items
• Backordered items
• Made-to-order products
• Installed, used, modified, damaged, altered, painted, welded, cut, tuned, or opened products
• Off-road, racing, motorsports, or performance parts

Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle fitment, emissions compliance, legality, product specifications, and compatibility before purchasing.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, submitted to a supplier, prepared for shipment, or shipped.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at korvenperformance@gmail.com. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery at korvenperformance@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• A clear description of the issue

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, manufacturer warranty assistance, or another resolution at our discretion.

Items that have been installed, used, modified, damaged during installation, or altered may not be eligible for resolution.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please keep all packaging materials, boxes, labels, and contents.

Shipping damage claims may require photos, carrier inspection, and documentation. Failure to keep original packaging may affect claim eligibility.

NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS

Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, route protection fees, handling fees, installation costs, labor costs, tuning costs, diagnostic fees, storage fees, towing costs, and other related expenses are non-refundable.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY CLAIMS

Some products may include a manufacturer warranty. Any warranty coverage is provided solely by the manufacturer and is subject to the manufacturer’s approval, terms, and limitations.

KORVEN Performance does not guarantee warranty approval and is not responsible for labor, installation, removal, tuning, shipping, downtime, vehicle damage, or related costs associated with warranty claims.
