ORDER PROCESSING

Most products sold by KORVEN Performance are custom-built, made-to-order, specialty-manufactured, or sourced directly from our suppliers and manufacturing partners.

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days before production and fulfillment begin.

Because many products are built specifically for each customer after an order is placed, processing and manufacturing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier production schedules, demand, and customization requirements.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).

SHIPPING & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Due to the custom-made nature of many performance parts sold by KORVEN Performance, customers should expect a total fulfillment and delivery timeframe of approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the date the order is placed.

Estimated delivery times include manufacturing, supplier processing, quality control, packaging, and shipping transit.

Typical delivery estimates are:

United States: 3 to 4 weeks

Canada: 3 to 5 weeks

United Kingdom: 3 to 5 weeks

Australia & New Zealand: 3 to 6 weeks

International Orders: 3 to 8 weeks

These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on supplier production schedules, customs processing, carrier delays, weather events, holidays, port congestion, inventory availability, and other circumstances beyond our control.

CUSTOM MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS

Many products sold by KORVEN Performance are custom manufactured, specialty sourced, or built to order after purchase.

As a result:

• Manufacturing timelines may vary by product.

• Certain products may require additional production time.

• Products may ship directly from the manufacturer or supplier.

• Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

• Expedited shipping may not be available for certain products.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the production and fulfillment timeframes associated with custom-built performance parts.

SHIPPING DELAYS

KORVEN Performance is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Manufacturers or suppliers

• Backorders

• Production delays

• Customs inspections

• Weather conditions

• Carrier delays

• Labor shortages

• Port congestion

• Government actions

• Force majeure events
